  • Posters are produced and shipped from multiple states in the U.S. via our network of local print partners to optimize delivery times.

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are produced in different locations.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Free.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days within the United States, depending on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and reflect our typical shipping experience.

Delays: In case of unusual carrier delays, our customer service team is available to assist and provide solutions.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: PREMIUM&CO is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number, provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • You can track your delivery in real time via the carrier’s website using this number.

6. Disclaimer / Force Majeure

  • Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Extreme weather conditions

    • Accidents or incidents affecting carriers

    • Other acts of force majeure
